Senior Delivery Lead – SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)Location: BangaloreExperience: 4–6 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead with strong experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) delivery and program management. The candidate will be responsible for leading SAC implementations, enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring timely delivery aligned with business objectives.The role will act as a key liaison between business, functional, technical, and technology teams to drive successful delivery outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Execution LeadershipOwn end-to-end delivery of SAC enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.Track milestones, timelines, deliverables, and project priorities.Ensure alignment with monthly deployment cycles and release governance.Drive delivery activities to meet business expectations and timelines.Program Governance & ReportingLead weekly project/status reporting and stakeholder updates.Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues & Dependencies).Identify and escalate delivery risks and blockers proactively.Drive structured updates for leadership and Steering Committee (SteerCo) forums.Act as an escalation point for resolving critical delivery issues.Functional & Technical IntegrationWork closely with FP&A;, Planning, Workforce Planning, and other functional teams.Coordinate with SAC technical teams, L2/L3 support teams, product owners, and developers.Translate business requirements into actionable technical delivery plans.Ensure effective coordination between business and technology teams.Continuous Improvement & Change ManagementManage the pipeline of:* SAC enhancements* Defects* Change requests* Continuous improvement initiativesPrioritize requests based on business value,
