Job Overview We are seeking detail-oriented AdOperations Analysts to review and evaluate advertising campaigndata and automated recommendations across AdTech and MarTechenvironments. In this role, you will analyse campaign performance,identify unusual patterns or anomalies, and evaluate budgetrecommendations using data, mathematical reasoning, and definedproject guidelines. Your evaluations will provide high-qualityhuman judgment that helps improve automated systems used to supportadvertising and marketing decisions. An ideal candidate has stronganalytical and numerical skills and understands digital advertisingcampaigns, advertising technology, marketing technology,performance metrics, and budget management. You should becomfortable working with complex data and evaluating whetherautomated recommendations are reasonable based on the availableinformation. Your work will help improve the accuracy, reliability,and financial quality of automated systems and support betteroutcomes for advertisers. Pay Rate: US$7per hour Location: India Language: English Responsibilities Reviewand evaluate advertising campaign data according to defined projectguidelines. Identify unusual patterns, inconsistencies, oranomalies in campaign performance and related data. Reviewautomated budget recommendations and assess whether they arereasonable based on the available data. Apply analytical andmathematical judgment when evaluating campaign data, performancetrends, and budget recommendations. Evaluate information related tocampaign performance, spend, efficiency, and advertiser outcomes.Review automated recommendations and system outputs used to supportadvertising and marketing decisions.



Review complex or ambiguouscases and make informed decisions based on available data andproject requirements. Classify, label, or annotate assigned dataaccurately and consistently. Provide human-reviewed evaluations tosupport the training and improvement of automated advertising andmarketing systems. Document decisions and supporting reasoningclearly when required. Identify unclear or unusual cases and flagthem according to defined project processes. Apply detailed projectguidelines consistently across assigned tasks. Maintain high levelsof quality, accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.Required Qualifications Educational background or equivalentexperience in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Ad Operations,AdTech, MarTech, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, DataAnalytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experienceworking with digital advertising campaigns, Ad Operations, AdTech,MarTech, marketing analytics, campaign performance, or a relatedarea. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Ability to interpretcampaign and performance data and identify meaningful patterns,inconsistencies, or unusual results. Understanding of digitaladvertising performance metrics, campaign efficiency, andadvertising or marketing workflows. Familiarity with advertisingbudgets, spend, and performance-based decision-making. Ability toevaluate automated recommendations or system outputs usingavailable data and defined project guidelines. Strong attention todetail and the ability to make accurate and consistent decisions.Experience working with spreadsheets, data analysis tools, orrelated analytical platforms. Strong written English comprehensionand documentation skills. Familiarity with advertising metrics suchas ROAS, spend, conversions, campaign efficiency, and performancetrends is preferred.
