Sakon is hiring an Analyst - Fulfilment to join our team in Pune!Key DetailsPosition: Analyst - FulfilmentLocation: Pune, India (Hybrid)Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of order management experienceWhat You’ll DoOrder Management: Review, interpret, and enter order requests in global telecom vendor portals or via email to buy, move, change, or terminate telecom services.Vendor & Client Coordination: Gather tracking details, validate pricing, resolve discrepancies, and maintain transparent communication with clients, partners, and vendors.Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal global teams to solve ordering questions while maintaining strict SLA compliance.Documentation: Maintain vendor order forms, daily Excel trackers, work queues,
