Our company manufactures high-performance biodegradable andcompostable alternatives to single-use plastics , combininginnovation, advanced manufacturing, and sustainability to createenvironmentally responsible products. Key Responsibilities Plan andexecute daily production across extrusion, printing, cutting, andsealing machines Monitor production output, rejection rates,machine efficiency, and downtime Supervise machine operators andhelpers while maintaining discipline on the shop floor Troubleshootproduction issues and coordinate with the maintenance team fortimely resolution Ensure consistent product quality across filmproduction, printing, and sealing operations Maintain productionlogs, reports, and ensure compliance with Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs) Manage the smooth flow of raw materials tofinished goods Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness,



andoperational best practices What We're Looking For Diploma or B.Techin Mechanical, Plastics, Polymer Engineering, or a relateddiscipline 3–5 years of experience in Blown Film or FlexiblePackaging Manufacturing Strong knowledge of extrusion anddownstream production processes Ability to lead teams and manageshop floor operations under pressure Strong analytical mindset withexperience tracking production efficiency, rejection rates, andoutput CIPET-certified candidates will be given preference Why JoinUs?
