About the Role As a Senior Recruiter, youwill take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities acrossEurope and the USA, partnering closely with business leaders anddelivery teams to attract top talent for engineering, automation,digital manufacturing, and life sciences projects. KeyResponsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle fromsourcing to onboarding Build and maintain strong talent pipelinesacross Europe and the USA Source candidates through LinkedInRecruiter, networking, referrals,



and direct outreach Screencandidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Driveoffer negotiations and candidate engagement Support hiring forniche and hard-to-fill technical roles Maintain ATS records andrecruitment reporting Partner with stakeholders to deliver qualityhires within aggressive timelines What We're Looking For 6+ yearsof recruitment experience with strong end-to-end hiring ownershipExperience recruiting across European and/or US markets Strongsourcing and talent mapping capabilities Excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiplepriorities in a dynamic environment Experience in Engineering, LifeSciences, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Automation, or TechnicalRecruitment is highly preferred Why Join AMTSOL?
