You will collaborate withcross-functional teams to develop and implement ESG strategies,assess risks and opportunities, and ensure compliance with industrystandards and regulations. ESG Strategy Development: Collaboratewith clients to understand their business goals and objectives.Conduct comprehensive ESG assessments to identify key focus areas.Design and implement tailored ESG strategies aligned with clientobjectives. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholdersincluding investors, customers, employees, and communities togather insights and feedback. Facilitate effective communicationchannels to address stakeholder concerns and expectations. ESGReporting and Disclosure: Support clients in preparing ESG reports,including sustainability reports, TCFD disclosures, and otherrelevant documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant reportingframeworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, CDP). Risk and Opportunity Assessment:Conduct thorough assessments of ESG-related risks and opportunitiesimpacting the client's operations. Provide recommendations for riskmitigation and capitalizing on opportunities. RegulatoryCompliance:



Stay abreast of evolving ESG regulations, standards,and best practices. Assist clients in navigating regulatoryrequirements and ensuring compliance. ESG Performance Metrics andKPIs: Develop and implement ESG performance metrics and keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and impact. Trackand report on ESG performance against established goals. Trainingand Capacity Building: Provide training and workshops to clientteams to enhance their understanding of ESG principles andpractices. Foster a culture of ESG awareness and accountabilitywithin client organizations. Market Research and Benchmarking:Conduct market research to identify emerging ESG trends, bestpractices, and innovations. Benchmark client performance againstindustry peers and competitors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in[relevant field]; Master's degree preferred. Experience in ESGconsulting, sustainability, environmental services, or relatedfield. In-depth knowledge of ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB,TCFD). Solid analytical skills and ability to translate data intoactionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills. Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency inrelevant software/tools.
