Translating asks into briefs, managing timelines, and being the last set of eyes on work before it ships. If you've survived agency chaos and came out organised, keep reading.Day to day:Own client communication and relationshipsTurn client briefs into clear internal briefs for design and devManage timelines, deliverables and feedback loopsProof and QA work before it goes out — website pages, ad creatives, decks. Copy, links, specs, brand consistency. Nothing reaches a client uncheckedFlag risks early, solve problems before they escalatePresent work, handle feedback, push back when neededKeep documentation, status updates and client reports clean and currentYou'll fit if you have2–4 years in client servicing,
