Role & responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales of insurance solutions and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new corporate and enterprise clients.
- Develop current markets, sectors and business opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, referrals, networking and market outreach.
- Meet with decision-makers and understand their insurance and risk-management requirements.
- Work closely with insurance companies and brokers to develop suitable solutions.
- Conduct client presentations and explain insurance solutions effectively.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Attend industry events, client meetings and partner meetings to generate business opportunities.

Required Skills





- 5+ years of experience in B2B Insurance Sales.
- Strong experience in corporate/enterprise client acquisition.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of insurance products, brokers and insurers.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
- Experience in Parametric Insurance, Climate Risk, Agriculture Insurance or Specialty Insurance will be an added advantage.
