ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an Accounts Junior Officer to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including invoice posting, vendor and bank reconciliation, employee reimbursements, and statutory GST compliance. This role requires hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, working knowledge of e-commerce and quick-commerce vendor invoicing, and the ability to keep pace with the latest statutory and regulatory updates. Reports to the Finance Head (CA/CS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Post vendor and purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
- Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Process and verify employee reimbursement claims.
- Prepare and file GSTR-3B returns.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with books of accounts (Tally) and follow up on mismatches.
- Handle GST return filings and related compliance activities.
- Work with Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Budget, and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processes.




- Maintain precise records and verification of vendor invoices from e-commerce and quick-commerce channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, and similar platforms.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Inter CA qualification; 34 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Accounting experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory; current or recent experience in manufacturing is a must.
- Sound working knowledge of GST and TDS is mandatory.
- Experience handling multiple GSTINs in Tally ERP or similar ERP software.
- Accurate knowledge of vendor invoicing practices for e-commerce and quick-commerce channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, and similar).
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Must stay updated with the latest statutory and regulatory changes.
- Desirable: E-commerce accounting exposure in addition to a manufacturing background.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Inter CA (part-qualified); 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
