About the job

As an Accounts intern at Crystalinx Technologies Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of accounting while working with our team. Your knowledge of Accounting, MS-Office, MS-Excel, and English proficiency (spoken) will be crucial in assisting with various financial tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare sales invoices as per GST norms
2. Record receipts, expenses, and bank entries in Tally / ERP
3. Maintain customer ledgers
4. Support order billing process and dispatch documentation
5. Share invoices and statements with customers
6. Payment follow-up calls with customers, sales and finance teams
7. Update payment status and ageing records in software and to reporting manager
8. Stock maintenance in set frequencies.

Required software & product trainings will be provided.
