About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute Brand Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement effective, results-oriented marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, promote offerings, and achieve business objectives.
2. Drive Customer and Business Engagement: Build and nurture solid relationships with customers, clients, and business partners to enhance brand awareness, visibility, and long-term engagement.
3. Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Marketing, HR, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and ensure successful execution of initiatives.
4. Support Talent and People Development: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance development initiatives to cultivate a motivated, productive, and high-performing workforce.
5. Participate in Training and Leadership Development: Engage in professional training, team-building activities, and leadership development programs to enhance communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and managerial capabilities.
