About PorcelliaPorcellia is a boutique growth marketing agency scaling high-potential D2C brands across lifestyle, wellness, fashion, and beauty. We manage performance marketing and brand strategy for 30+ of India's fastest-growing D2C companies. We blend creativity with conversion, storytelling with structure, and fun with performance. We hire smart misfits — the ones who think deeply, move quick, and care intensely. As we scale, our biggest constraint isn't demand from brands. It's people. Finding them, bringing them in, and making sure they stick. That's where this role comes in.Who we've worked withOYO · Paytm · Twitter India · MyGlamm · mCaffeine · AJIOBut what matters more is this: we like working with brands that are still figuring things out — and helping them become the next big thing.Gullylabs · Nack · Varalife · Justhuman · The Solved Skin · Rara Barefoot · Atovio · DUSQ & many more.0–1 and 1–10 is not a comfortable place to work. But when did real learning and growth ever happen in a comfortable place?More: www.porcellia.comFun Things About Us100% remoteYoung team with a low average ageRegular team offsitesHigh ownership and low bureaucracyIdeas matter more than hierarchyDirect exposure to real brands and real business numbersWork closely with performance, creative, CRO, retention, and operationsPlenty of room to experiment, learn, and growBecause growth isn't just about spending more. It's about knowing what to fix, what to scale, and when. What We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years in D2C, performance marketing, or project management — or previous experience as a founder in a D2C or e-commerce setup. If you're from performance marketing or D2C: you've already lived inside CAC, creative testing, and spend decisions. Fastest ramp — this role is unit-economics heavy. If you're from project management:

we'll read every one of these applications. But your note has to show numbers thinking, not process discipline. Tell us about a call you made on the data, not a project you delivered.Beyond the yearsVery high sense of ownership and accountabilityA real grip on unit economics — CAC, LTV, CM1/CM2/CM3, payback period. Excel/Sheets you built yourself: formulas, pivots, dashboardsClient-facing confidence, including with foundersBusiness-first thinking. We'll judge you on scale and profitability, not channel metricsPrerequisites2 to 3 years owning creative strategy for Meta Ads at a D2C brand or agency.Hands-on production experience across both video and statics. Has briefed and managed editors, designers, and UGC creators — and has audited their output, not just forwarded it.Direct response writing ability. Can write hooks, scripts, and advertorials that sell, in plain language. You'll be guiding copywriters, so you need to be able to do it yourself.Fluent in ad account metrics. Reads hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, and frequency without hand-holding, and can reverse engineer why a winner won.Comfortable with a weekly shipping cadence and volume.Working knowledge of Google Ads and other performance channels is a plus, but Meta is the entry requirement.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThis is the person who decides what to make, why, and what it should do to the numbers.

They sit between the ad account and the edit timeline — and they own both ends.StrategyOwn the creative strategy for assigned accounts across Meta and other performance channels. Set the concept roadmap for the quarter, not just the next batch of ads.Build the creative hypothesis from data and research: ad account performance, competitor ad libraries, customer reviews, sales calls, and community threads. Every concept starts with a stated hypothesis about who it's for and why it will work.Own the creative testing framework. Define what a test is, how many variables move at a time, what the winner criteria are, and when to call it.OperationsWork with the media buyer on how creative enters the account: naming, test structure, budget for new concepts versus proven ones, and when to refresh a fatigued winner.Coordinate with CRO and Retention so the ad promise, the landing page, and the post-purchase flow tell one story.ReportingRun the weekly creative review: what shipped, what won, what died, and what the next slate is. Report at concept and hook level, not just ad level.Maintain the creative learning library so winning angles are reusable across accounts and new team members can get up to speed without asking.Present the creative narrative in monthly client reviews and defend the roadmap with numbers.Be the single point of contact for the client. Run the weekly call, send MOMs within 12 hours, and flag problems before the client spots them.Work Setup & Compensation100% RemoteFull ownership of real accounts, not shadow workFast feedback loops and direct access to foundersA front-row seat to scaling serious D2C brandSalary- 16-18LPAHow to ApplySend your resume + a short note answering:"Tell us about a time you made something grow. What decision did you make, and why did it work?"No note, no role.Email:(Applications without the note won't be considered.)
