At RemoteStar, we're building a next-generation, AI-powered tech hiring platform designed to eliminate friction, drastically reduce time-to-hire, and connect top global engineering talent with world-class companies.We believe the future of HR belongs to those who combine cutting-edge AI technology with deep human networks — and we're looking for a Strategic Business Development Partner to drive that growth on the front lines.Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline Generation: Proactively identify and prospect founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and HR leaders at high-growth companies struggling with tech talent acquisition.Outbound Strategy: Build and execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, warm intros, events) to generate qualified conversations with target accounts.Deal Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle — from first touch through discovery, pitch, and close — in partnership with our BD and account management team.Market Intelligence: Bring ground-level insight on how AI is reshaping talent acquisition,
