They make it in conversation, and then by coming to see the place. Our own records bear that out plainly: a family that visits the Babatpur campus is far more likely to enrol than one that only ever fills a form.So this is a counselling role in the real sense. You will help a student and their parents work out which of our seventeen programmes actually fits — what the student can get into, what it costs, what it leads to — and then bring them to campus to see it for themselves.It is also a role with a number attached. You will be responsible for campus visits booked and admissions closed, and those numbers are looked at openly each week. Most of our families are from Purvanchal and eastern Bihar, and the conversation that matters usually happens in HindiAt least two years of counselling, advising,
