We're looking for a hands-on Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounts and keep our financial operations organised across our outlets.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial recordsGST filing, compliance and documentationManage purchase and sales entries, invoices and vendor accountsBank and cash reconciliationsReconcile payments across POS systems, UPI, card machines and payment gatewaysReconcile Zomato and other delivery/platform settlementsTrack receivables, payables and outstanding paymentsCoordinate with different outlets to ensure bills, expenses, sales and cash records are submitted correctly and on timeMonitor outlet-level financial discrepancies and flag issues proactivelyCoordinate with vendors regarding invoices,



payments and account statementsMaintain organised records for CA, GST and statutory requirementsPrepare basic monthly MIS and outlet-wise financial reportsKeep an overall eye on finance-related issues and ensure they are followed through until resolvedWhat We're Looking ForSomeone organised, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of the numbers.You should be confident with Tally/accounting software, Excel, GST, reconciliations and day-to-day accounting.Experience handling accounts for cafés, restaurants, retail or multi-outlet businesses would be an advantage.Location: GoaRole: Full time
