UNI is a platform where ideas graduate. Architects and designers from around the world compete, publish, and build their portfolios on UNI, and we are rebuilding how the platform itself gets built: with AI agents doing much of the engineering, and a small founder's office steering everything else.This is a Founder's Office internship: a full-time, onsite role in New Delhi working directly with the founder across product and growth.What you will doProduct developmentShip real product features by directing Claude and agentic AI tools, from spec to deployed codeTurn user feedback, support conversations, and analytics into concrete product decisionsTest, break, and refine what the agents build before it reaches usersMaintain the quality bar: design consistency, copy, and detail across the platformNetwork buildingBuild relationships with architecture schools, studios,



and design organizationsRepresent UNI in conversations with partners, jury members, and competition hostsHelp grow the community of designers who compete and publish on UNIWho you areDeeply curious about AI tools; you have used Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to actually make things, not just chatComfortable with ambiguity: in a founder's office the job is whatever moves the platform forward this weekA explicit writer and communicator, in product specs and in outreach alikeBackground in design, architecture is a plus.What you getA front-row seat to building a platform with AI agents as the engineering teamDirect mentorship from the founder, and ownership of real product surface from week oneA network across the global architecture and design community
