Job Description — Senior Yoga Instructor (work from home)Company: Equilibrium Mind and Yoga (EQ)Status: Full TimeLocation: Work From Home Compensation: ₹30,000–38,000/month in-hand, based on experience Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days/week Reporting To: EQ Team / Management Week Off: SundayAbout the Role:We are hiring full-time Senior Yoga Instructors for Equilibrium - Mind and Yoga. This role is primarily focused on Personal (1:1) training sessions, with occasional Group or Corporate sessions, conducted virtually for EQ's clients.Key Responsibilities:Conduct primarily Personal (1:1) yoga sessions virtually, with a small number of Group and Corporate sessionsAverage of 5 hours of sessions assigned per day/week (approx. 30 sessions/week); maximum of 6 sessions/6 hours per dayWork within shift timings of 5 AM– 10 AM, 5 PM - 10 PM ISTMaintain a clean,



home-studio-style session space with no background noise; use wireless earphones and a laptop for all sessionsConduct sessions or communicate with clients only in English unless a client specifically requests Hindi/regional languageRequired Skills & Experience:Prior experience as a yoga instructor, ideally at a senior/lead level2-4 years of experience working in a corporate workplace like Cult, Sarva, Diva, or a structured organizationComfortable conducting sessions virtually via laptopReliable, punctual, and able to independently manage a full session schedule with minimal supervisionPreferred Education:Bachelors in Yoga, plus a Masters in Yoga or Diploma in Yoga (either pursuing or completed) — ORBachelors in any other field, in which case a completed Masters in Yoga is mandatory (Diploma not considered as a substitute in this case)Compensation:₹30,000–38,000/month in-hand, based on experienceTerms of Engagement:6-month lock-in period from date of joining2-month notice period applicable after completion of lock-inSpecial Benefit:Complimentary yoga and wellbeing sessions for parents, in-lawa, seniors in the family by EQ Team
