Work location: NoidaExperience: 2-3 yearsJob Type: Full-Time ConsultantAbout the jobThis role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can manage fast-paced deliverables, collaborate across teams, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns across channels, especially within the gaming and tech ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client coordination and communicationManage and track multiple projects across digital, print, and gaming-led assetsWork closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assetsUnderstand client briefs, translate them into explicit internal briefs, and ensure alignment across stakeholdersMonitor timelines, manage workflows, and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standardsSupport campaign planning, execution, and reporting, including gaming-focused campaigns and launchesIdentify potential risks or delays and proactively suggest solutionsMaintain documentation, trackers, and status reports for ongoing projectsRequirements2–3 years of experience in an advertising/marketing agency environmentExperience working for clients/brands dealing in hardware, tech, or the consumer electronics industry is a plusStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to multitask and work under tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail and a problem-solving mindsetProficiency in MS Office; AI tools to enhance efficiency; familiarity with project management tools is a plusWhat We’re Looking ForA go-getter who takes ownership and drives projects independentlySomeone who thrives in a fast-paced,
