About the RoleReaviva Holistic Health is looking for a Graphic Designer to create visual content across digital, print and in office brand touchpoints. The role will work closely with the marketing team on social media and campaign creative, and will support leadership with presentations and brand collateral.The Graphic Designer will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all output while delivering a high volume of work to agreed timelines. Applications must include a portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial media and digital1. Design posts, carousels, stories and reel covers in line with the monthly content calendar2. Create ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns in all required formats and sizes3. Iterate creatives based on campaign performance insights4. Design assets for landing pages, WhatsApp, emailers and promotional offers5. Edit short-form videos with titles, subtitles and basic motion graphics6. Deliver launch creatives for new services, packages and seasonal campaignsPrint and brand collateral7. Design service menus, brochures, leaflets, gift vouchers and packaging8. Create signage, standees, displays and event collateral for the centre and partner venues9. Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and vendors on proofs and production10. Design presentations and proposals for leadership and partnership meetings11. Support photo and video shoots, including shot planning, image selection and retouchingBrand consistency and asset management12. Apply Reaviva's brand guidelines across all output and recommend refinements as the brand evolves13. Maintain an organised library of templates, brand assets and source files14. Route all medical claims and disclaimers to the medical team for approval before publication15. Use client images and testimonials only with documented written consent16. Prioritise requests across teams and deliver to agreed timelines17.
Undertake such further responsibilities as the growth of the business requiresRequirements• Three to six years of graphic design experience, in-house or with an agency• A portfolio demonstrating brand, social media and print work (mandatory)• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign• Working knowledge of Canva and Figma• Print production experience, including the preparation of print-ready files• A refined aesthetic suited to a premium wellness brand• Good written English and close attention to detail in copy• The ability to manage high volumes and tight timelines without compromising quality• Receptiveness to feedback and the ability to iterate quickly• Some experience in editing reels will be appreciatedPreferred BackgroundExperience with beauty, skincare, wellness, fitness, luxury hospitality or premium retail brands is preferred.
