Job Description- Attend to walk-in customers, assess client needs effectively, and address needs through prompt and timely services.- Generate leads for sales of residential units.- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the lead.- Ensure booking amount is collected as per the booking terms.- Assist customers to secure bank loans and ensure timely disbursement from the bank.- To update all customer data and transactions in C4C.- Channel Partner engagement and generating recent leads.- Close collaboration with other functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction.- Other related work assigned to you by senior authorities.
