Our user base skews Tier 2 and Tier 3, and many of our users are encountering a product like this for the first time.About the RoleWe are looking for a sharp, curious, and people-oriented Customer Experience Representative who can help us understand our users better.This is not just a support role. You will regularly speak with users, conduct interviews, test the product with real people, identify patterns in their behaviour and feedback, and bring useful insights back to the team.What You Will DoSpeak with users over calls to understand their experience, concerns, and expectationsConduct structured user interviews and questionnairesParticipate in on-ground research approach people, get them to try HiAstro, observe their experience, and ask relevant follow-up questionsIdentify recurring user pain points, behavioural patterns, and product gapsTest existing and new product experiences and proactively flag issuesDocument and synthesise feedback into explicit, actionable insights for Product, Growth,



and OperationsOwn user conversations and follow-ups through closureSupport the Customer support channel proactivelyWhat We are Looking ForExcellent communication and people skills; comfortable speaking to strangers both over calls and in personCurious and perceptive able to ask good follow-up questions rather than mechanically following a scriptQuick on their feet, with strong common sense and judgementProactive and high-ownership; doesn’t need constant instructions to move things forwardOrganised, dependable, and able to communicate findings clearlyComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environmentFluent/comfortable in both Hindi and EnglishExperiencePrior experience in customer experience, user research, operations, sales, community, or another consumer-facing role is a plus, but not mandatoryWe care more about curiosity, communication, judgement, and initiative than a specific degree or number of years of experience.
