Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have robust leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team taking care of client onboarding coordination and project management activities, based in Gurgaon.Job ResponsibilitiesReceive and promptly acknowledge onboarding requests from the Front Office (FO)Review deal background, transaction details and associated timelinesLead end-to-end coordination to facilitate KYC and refresh activitiesPerform accurate and timely case creation, updates, and tracking on client platformsManage product fulfilment tasks including gathering documents, query resolution, chasing internal teams and supporting issue resolutionEnsure client responses are received in the correct formatProactive follow-up with the FO team for outstanding documents and provide regular updates to the KYC operations teamDrive timely completion of requests by effective prioritizing and coordination with the FO and onshore CDS teamCompletion of trigger refresh by coordinating with KYC Refresh teamEnsure adherence to client procedures, internal policies and regulatory requirementsMonitor and manage case aging, identify bottlenecks, and proactively manage FO escalationsServe as the primary point of contact for FO stakeholders, providing transparent and timely case updates DevelopDevelop and present MIS reports, KYC trackers,



operational dashboards and KPI reportsConduct regular governance meetings and service review sessions with key stakeholdersEnsure achievement of agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards DevelopDevelop and maintain SOPs, best practices, and knowledge repositories to support operational excellenceKey CompetenciesCore Skills6-8 years of experience; excellent written and spoken communication skills; team handling experience • Basic understanding of KYC/AML checksKnowledge of IB product classification, such as M&A; Advisory, ECM/DCM, underwriting, Syndicated Loan, Lev Fin, etc.Understanding of the deal lifecycle • Strong project management (tracking and governance) and inter-team coordination skills (with FO and Ops teams) to manage urgency triggers from IB deal team’s lensExpertise in information research and data gathering from public / internal sources / market databases ProficiencyProficiency in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology platformsValue-Add SkillsExpertise in using market databases such as Company House Factiva, Refinitiv World-Check, Lexis Nexis, Orbis, LEI Worldwide .Bespoke qualitative research skillsExperience of CRM platforms UK and US regulatory certificationsSubject Matter Expert for complex cases involving sanctions exposure, PEP relationships, adverse media and high-risk jurisdictions
