Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to connect with potential customers, promote our products or services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain and promote company products and services.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Handle customer questions and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to arrange appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare daily and weekly call and sales reports.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

- 12th pass or any degree.




- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and company standards, with incentives based on performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
