HIRING – TELECALLER
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and communication-skilled Telecaller to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
- Explain courses and programme details clearly
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain regular communication with prospects
- Handle customer/student queries professionally
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Counsellor preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Malayalam & English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work with targets
- Positive attitude and qualified approach
Pay: ₹10,525.47 - ₹34,376.49 per month
