Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager for our Affluent Banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with personalized banking solutions. The primary objective is to enhance customer loyalty and drive business growth through exceptional service and tailored wealth management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients by understanding their financial goals and needs.
- Develop and implement customized financial plans and investment strategies for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering solutions.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking and insurance products to enhance client portfolios.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for clients, showcasing portfolio performance and market insights.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the Affluent Banking segment.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial objectives.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop effective financial strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, investment vehicles, and wealth management principles.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools for reporting and portfolio management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
- A customer-focused mindset with a solid emphasis on enhancing client experience.
- Relevant qualifications in finance, business, or a related field; certifications such as CFA or CFP may be advantageous.
