Job Title: Operations Team Lead

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Team Lead to manage day-to-day operations and lead a team effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, excellent communication abilities, and relevant experience in operations management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities
- Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of work
- Guide, motivate, and support team members to achieve operational targets
- Coordinate with different teams and departments for smooth workflow
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and resolve problems effectively
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance
- Maintain proper communication with team members and management




- Ensure company processes and operational standards are followed
- Prepare and share regular updates or reports regarding team performance and operations
- Take responsibility for overall team coordination and operational efficiency

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in operations or team management
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valuable coordination and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Candidates with experience in handling operations teams will be preferred
