- Coordinate workflows: Assign patients to nurses based on staff skill levels and patient care needs.
- Manage patient flow: Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges smoothly.
- Handle emergencies: Provide clinical guidance and step in to support critical cases or challenging situations.
- Facilitate communication: Serve as a primary link between nurses, physicians, patients, families, and hospital management.
- Supervise teams: Monitor staff performance, delegate daily tasks, and address staffing needs.
- Mentor and train: Guide junior nurses, conduct shift briefings, and support ongoing career development.
- Create schedules: Help manage shift assignments, leaves, and overall unit coverage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
