Experience: 1-2 Years

Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Salary: 15-20k

Job Description:

1. Handle all vehicle inward and outward and maintain proper records.
2. Create, update and close job cards for every vehicle.
3. Record customer complaints, approved work and additional work accurately.
4. Allocate work to technicians, detailers, cleaners and other staff.
5. Monitor ongoing jobs and ensure work is completed properly and on time.
6. Coordinate between workshop staff, customers, vendors and management.
7. Manage stock of spare parts, chemicals, consumables and workshop materials.
8. Maintain stock inward/outward entries and monitor minimum stock levels.
9. Coordinate with vendors for required parts, materials and timely deliveries.
10. Handle customer queries and provide regular updates on vehicle work progress.
11. Take customer approval for additional work before proceeding.
12. Coordinate billing, advances,



pending payments and payment confirmation before vehicle delivery.
13. Check completed work and ensure the vehicle is ready before final delivery.
14. Maintain daily reports of vehicles received, delivered, pending jobs and stock requirements.
15. Maintain discipline, organisation and smooth workflow across the workshop.

Basic computer and Excel knowledge

Good organisational and record-keeping skills
