DDU-GKY MIS Executive – Job Description

Position: MIS Executive / MIS Assistant
Project: DDU-GKY – Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana
Location: Jammu & Kashmir
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update all trainee and project-related data in the DDU-GKY/MIS portal.
- Enter and regularly update trainee registration, attendance, training, assessment, certification and placement data.
- Maintain accurate centre-level databases and physical records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Ensure timely submission of reports as per project requirements.
- Verify data received from Centre Manager, trainers, mobilization and placement teams.
- Maintain batch-wise records of trainees and monitor data completeness.
- Track trainee attendance, dropouts, assessments, certifications and placements.
- Coordinate with the Centre Manager and other departments for data correction and verification.
- Prepare Excel sheets, dashboards and presentations whenever required.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits,



inspections and monitoring visits.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy and security of trainee/project information.
- Identify discrepancies in data and get them corrected promptly.
- Support the centre team in meeting DDU-GKY reporting and compliance requirements.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline; BCA/BBA/Computer/IT qualification preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Internet.
- Previous experience in MIS, data management or government skill-development projects preferred.
- Experience with DDU-GKY/skill-development MIS portals will be an advantage.
- Good typing, analytical and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
