HR & Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, and supporting the company in attracting and hiring the right talent across various departments and locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective job descriptions and recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, recruitment portals, social media, databases, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Shortlist suitable candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and management.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate the required pre-employment documentation.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on open vacancies and hiring progress.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other sourcing partners when required.




- Stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and effective sourcing techniques.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and CV screening.
- Hands-on experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong follow-up skills and a proactive approach to recruitment.
- UAE recruitment experience will be an advantage.
