Customer Support & Operations Executive
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat until every issue is fully resolved.
- Process and release customer orders accurately to the production team.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and factory staff to ensure timely order completion.
- Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines; proactively escalate delays.
- Maintain records related to purchases, payments, and operational documentation.
- Generate shipping labels using FedEx, Blue Dart,



and other courier software.
- Work closely with customer support, production, dispatch, and accounts to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support, or Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Email, and Internet.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
