Job description -

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle corporate, commercial, and business law matters.
- Review, draft, and manage legal documents, contracts, and compliance records.
- Identify and minimize legal risks for the company.
- Support management with legal guidance on business decisions.
- Conduct legal research for partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
- Oversee and guide junior legal staff and support team.
- Assist the Chairman in all legal-related matters.

Role Summary:
The Legal Associate will manage all legal matters across assigned locations, ensure legal compliance, protect the company’s interests, and provide strategic legal support to management.
