About the Role

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Sales Executive to join our team at Beds India. This is an office-based sales role focused on speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, and consistently following up with leads to convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 20–30 customer calls per day.
- Follow up with existing leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable beds/products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, delivery timelines, and other details clearly.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and ensure no lead is missed.
- Build a good relationship with potential customers and assist them throughout the buying process.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and confidence while speaking with customers.
- A clear, pleasant and soothing voice suitable for customer calls.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable making regular follow-up calls.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.

English communication is a mandatory requirement for this position. Candidates who are not comfortable communicating in English will not be considered.
