About the Role

AI5 Academy is seeking an experienced professional to teach our AI Governance, Risk & Responsible AI program to working professionals and corporate teams.

The ideal candidate combines practical experience in governance, risk, compliance, privacy or technology controls with robust working knowledge of Generative AI and AI agents. You should be able to explain how organizations assess AI use, approve systems, set controls and respond when something goes wrong.

This role requires practical demonstrations, case studies and document-building exercises alongside classroom teaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an 8-week live online program with three sessions per week, lasting 60–90 minutes each.
- Conduct corporate training ranging from half-day executive briefings to four-day implementation workshops.
- Teach AI governance through realistic business scenarios and guided assignments.
- Help learners create AI inventories, risk registers, policies, vendor assessments, approval matrices and incident response plans.
- Demonstrate governance considerations for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and enterprise AI systems.
- Teach AI agent controls covering permissions, tool access, human approval, logging, monitoring and emergency suspension.
- Explain governance frameworks and regulatory topics in clear, practical language.
- Review assignments and guide learners through an enterprise AI governance capstone.
- Update teaching material as AI tools, governance practices and regulatory requirements change.
- Customize corporate sessions around approved company use cases,



internal policies and team needs.

Topics You Should Be Able to Teach

- AI governance foundations, AI inventories and accountability.
- Responsible AI, hallucinations, fairness, privacy, security and intellectual property risks.
- NIST AI Risk Management Framework and ISO/IEC 42001.
- EU AI Act, GDPR intersections and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework.
- Employee GenAI usage, confidential data, approved accounts and acceptable use policies.
- AI vendor selection, procurement, contractual questions and third-party risk.
- AI agent permissions, action limits, approval gates and audit trails.
- Pre-deployment evaluation, monitoring, incidents and governance implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

- Professional experience in AI governance, technology risk, compliance, internal audit, privacy, information security, model risk or a closely related field.
- Direct involvement in assessing AI use cases, drafting AI policies, reviewing AI vendors or implementing AI controls.
- Strong practical familiarity with Generative AI tools and their organizational risks.
- Working understanding of AI agents, RAG, model outputs, data handling and human oversight.
- Ability to turn governance concepts into usable templates, checklists and operating procedures.
- Clear spoken and written English, with the ability to teach nontechnical professionals.
- Ability to discuss your own contribution to previous projects and present anonymized work samples.




- Availability for scheduled live sessions, assignment reviews and a teaching demonstration.

Coding is not mandatory. Candidates should be comfortable explaining AI systems and working with technical teams.

Preferred Background

- Experience training corporate teams or adult professionals.
- AI governance work in BFSI, healthcare, HR, education or other sectors handling sensitive information.
- Relevant credentials such as IAPP AIGP, CIPP/CIPM, CISA, CRISC, or ISO/IEC 42001 implementation/audit training.
- Experience designing governance committees, approval workflows or AI incident exercises.

Certifications are welcome, but practical work and teaching ability will carry greater weight.
