Customer Service Representative – U.S. Trucking Insurance

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting U.S.-based commercial trucking insurance clients.

This position is open to both experienced candidates and freshers. Candidates with excellent English communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in U.S. trucking insurance is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, emails, and service requests from U.S.-based trucking insurance clients.
- Assist customers with Certificates of Insurance (COIs), policy documents, endorsements, and other service requests.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
- Follow up on pending customer and policy requests.
- Assist with driver, vehicle, and policy changes.
- Maintain accurate customer and policy information in agency systems.
- Document customer interactions and service requests properly.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Escalate complex billing, claims, coverage, or underwriting questions when required.
- Follow company procedures and service standards.





Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based customers over the phone and email.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/email.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work the U.S. night shift.

Preferred

- Previous experience in customer service, insurance, BPO, or international voice process.
- Knowledge of U.S. insurance or commercial trucking insurance.
- Experience handling U.S. customers or clients.
