Job Summary

Medcity International Academy is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to manage the overall operations of our Thrissur branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for admissions, team management, student relations, business development, and achieving branch targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the branch team.
- Handle student and parent enquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor admission leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
- Develop relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth coordination between academic, administrative, and marketing teams.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.




- Identify opportunities for business growth and increase branch visibility.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in branch management, sales, education, admissions, or customer relationship management.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of English and Malayalam.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and target-achievement skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
