Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator (Zoho Inventory)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to manage daily inventory and warehouse activities. The role involves maintaining stock records, coordinating stock movement, order processing and dispatch operations. Knowledge of Zoho Inventory is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory records using Zoho Inventory
- Handle inward and outward stock entries
- Monitor stock levels and inventory movement
- Coordinate order processing and dispatch
- Maintain stock and delivery-related records




- Conduct physical stock checks and reconciliation
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies
- Ensure proper organization of warehouse stock
