Job Description – Pediatric Staff NurseJob Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Staff Nurse to provide secure and quality nursing care to newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide age-appropriate nursing care and monitor patients regularly.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform accurate pediatric dosage and weight-based calculations.
- Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and clinical condition.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Handle pediatric IV lines, oxygen, nebulization, feeding tubes, and other equipment.
- Identify and promptly report any deterioration in the child's condition.
- Maintain proper nursing records and documentation.
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.




- Educate and support parents/caregivers regarding the child's care and treatment.
- Participate in pediatric emergency care and resuscitation when required.

Qualification & Experience

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration.
- Pediatric Nursing/Child Health Nursing training preferred.
- 1–3 years of pediatric nursing experience preferred.
- BLS/PALS or pediatric emergency training will be an advantage.
- Job Timings- 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Salary- Upto 20K
