Basic job:
The person has to find large pieces of land in and around Bangalore, deal with the landowners, check all legal documents, negotiate the price, and help the company purchase the land.

- Bangalore & nearby areas in Karnataka
- Important areas: Devanahalli, Doddaballapur, Chikkaballapur, Sarjapur, Hoskote, Anekal, Kanakapura Road, Gunjur, Sabanahalli

What type of candidate do we need

- 5–12 years experience
- Experience must be specifically in Real Estate Land Acquisition
- Should have independently closed at least 50–100 acres
- Must have a robust network of landowners, farmers and local brokers
- Strong knowledge of Bangalore/Karnataka land market
- Kannada is mandatory, English required
- Must have own vehicle
- Should be comfortable travelling frequently for land/site visits

Pay:



₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
