Job Description – Lawn Tennis Coach

Position: Lawn Tennis Coach / Instructor
Location: Sikar, Rajasthan
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structured lawn tennis coaching sessions for students across different age groups.
- Teach fundamental and advanced tennis techniques, including strokes, footwork, serves, and game strategies.
- Develop age-appropriate training plans focused on skill development and fitness.
- Identify and nurture students with potential for competitive tennis.
- Prepare students for inter-school competitions, tournaments, and sports events.
- Monitor students' performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Ensure proper warm-up, fitness, safety, and injury-prevention practices.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive and motivating training environment.
- Organize practice matches and evaluate students' progress.




- Coordinate with the Sports Department and participate in school sports events.

Eligibility & Skills

- Qualification: Certification/Diploma/Degree in Lawn Tennis, Sports, or Physical Education preferred.
- Relevant coaching experience in lawn tennis will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and match strategies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with children and students of different skill levels.
- Energetic, disciplined, patient, and passionate about sports.
- Relevant coaching certification (e.g., AITA/ITF or equivalent) is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
