Education:* Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Field
Industry: LED Lighting / Electronics / Electrical Manufacturing

Responsibilities:-
Manage overall *QA & QC* activities across the manufacturing process.
Handle *IQC, PQC & FQC* and ensure quality at every stage.
Manage *Supplier Quality* and coordinate with suppliers for quality improvement.
Handle and resolve *Customer Complaints* through proper root-cause analysis.
Implement *CAPA* and monitor effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions.
Plan and coordinate *internal, supplier and external audits*.
Ensure compliance with applicable *BIS, BEE and other industry standards*.
Maintain quality-related *documentation, records, procedures and reports*.
Lead and manage a team of *4–5 members*.




Drive continuous improvement and reduction of rejection, rework and customer complaints.

Requirements:-
4–5 years of relevant experience in LED Lighting, Electronics or Electrical Manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC, IQC/PQC/FQC, CAPA, audits and quality documentation.
Understanding of BIS/BEE compliance and applicable standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and team-handling skills.
Languages: Hindi, English & Gujarati.
