- Overseeing daily salon operations and ensuring excellent service to clients
- Calling on daily basis
- Coordinating appointments and scheduling of clients
- Hiring, training, and managing staff members, including hairstylists, beauticians, and receptionists
- Ensuring all salon staff members adhere to the salon’s standards of service and conduct
- Organizing and overseeing promotional activities to attract more clients
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the salon in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring equipment is well-maintained
- Handling customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitoring salon budget, expenses, and revenues to ensure profitability
- Implementing marketing strategies to boost the salon’s visibility and attract current clients
