Position: Mono Layer Extruder Operator (Night Shift)

Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM (Night Shift Only)

We are seeking a dedicated Mono Layer Extruder Operator to operate and monitor blown film extrusion machinery for the production of high-quality plastic sheets, rolls, and tubes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manufacture plastic sheets, rolls, and tubes as per the production recipe and quality requirements provided.
- Set, monitor, and adjust machine parameters including speed, temperature, air pressure, and other process settings to ensure consistent product quality.
- Maintain production output while minimizing wastage and downtime.
- Conduct routine quality checks on film thickness, appearance, dimensions, and other specified parameters.
- Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues during production.




- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the machine and work area.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience operating mono layer blown film extrusion machines.
- Experience processing recycled plastic materials and/or compostable materials will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of extrusion processes, machine settings, and quality control.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and meet production targets.

Pay: ₹13,462.35 - ₹27,000.00 per month
