We are hiring BPO Telecallers for our team in Noida Sector 2. Candidates should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Comfortable working in a target-based setting.
