We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented **Business Development Executive** to join our growing team.

## Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, Google, email, calls, WhatsApp and other channels
- Identify and approach potential Indian and international clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Conduct cold calls and online/offline meetings
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients
- Prepare and explain proposals and quotations
- Maintain proper records of leads and client communication




- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements and delivery

## Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / IT sales / business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good English communication is preferred
- Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills
- Ability to understand basic IT services
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach and CRM/Excel
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
