Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. This role requires working closely with users and clients, either remotely or onsite, to identify and resolve issues efficiently. The practitioner follows established procedures and operating models to maintain service stability and ensure high-quality support. Daily activities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting network and application problems,



and coordinating with various teams to uphold seamless operational continuity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve support processes and enhance team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewall management, and intrusion detection systems.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining security infrastructure to prevent unauthorized access.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex network security incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and best practices in operational environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Network Security Operations.

- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
