Funstone Preschool is an early childhood learning centre committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child is cherished and inspired to learn through play.

Key Responsibilities :

* Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and walk-ins.

* Explain the school’s curriculum, teaching approach, facilities, timings and fee structure.

* Understand parents’ expectations and the child’s developmental needs.

* Conduct admission counselling and follow up with prospective parents.

* Maintain enquiry, follow-up and admission records.

* Convert school visits/enquiries into admissions through professional and positive communication.

* Build a warm relationship with parents from the first interaction.

* Plan and conduct engaging age-appropriate learning activities.

*Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

*Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

* Observe and document children's progress.





* Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development.

* Participate in school events, celebrations, and career development.

* Follow the school’s curriculum and monthly lesson plans.

* Develop language, early literacy, numeracy, fine motor, gross motor, cognitive, social-emotional and life skills.

* Use play-based, experiential and activity-based teaching methods.

* Prepare worksheets, teaching-learning materials and classroom activities.

Qualifications:

Graduate with NTT/Montessori/ECCE or equivalent preschool teaching qualification preferred. Candidates with good communication skills, child-friendly attitude and experience in parent counselling/admissions will be preferred.

Working knowledge of MS word, excel, power point, along with Email communication and digital record keeping is required.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
