Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow
- Supervise, train, and motivate salon staff (stylists, receptionists, technicians)
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle client inquiries or complaints professionally
- Monitor and achieve sales targets, upselling services and products
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety standards
- Handle cash flow, billing, and basic financial reporting
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role




- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Sales-driven with a track record of meeting targets
- Knowledge of salon operations, beauty treatments, and products
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Basic financial and inventory management skills
