We are looking for a skilled CDP chef specialising in sourdough and artisanal pizza. The candidate should have experience in dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, stretching and baking. Knowledge of Italian-style pizza, pizza ovens, sauces and premium ingredients is preferred. Responsibilities include maintaining consistent quality, preparing mise en place, managing service, following hygiene and food-safety standards, controlling portions and minimising wastage. The candidate should be able to work efficiently in a qualified kitchen and maintain consistency in taste, texture and presentation. Previous experience as a pizza chef or CDP chef will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
