Job Description – Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities at our Polepally, Hyderabad location. Candidates with experience in chemical manufacturing, factory operations, or industrial sites will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily site and production activities.
- Monitor manpower, work allocation, attendance, and discipline.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, stores, and other departments.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety and operational procedures.
- Maintain daily site reports, records, and documentation.
- Identify and report operational issues to management.




- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping at the site.
- Handle workers and resolve routine site-related issues.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Site Supervisor/Supervisor.
- Candidates from a Chemical Manufacturing/Industrial background will be preferred.
- Good manpower handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site activities independently.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and industrial operations.
- Willingness to work at Polepally, Hyderabad.
